A simple, but suprising effective crossfit type fitness session using just clean & jerk

At the unit we've done either
60k clean and press. Max reps
60k c+p 20 reps as fast as possible
Both wonderfully horrible

Joni, you might have a point there...whenever I do oh its always strict and I suck at that, you neve know if I tried push pressing I might take to it. Or not lol.

Little a invented a training method called "cardio olympics" tm, it involves doing a set of snatch pulls 120kgx10 then rest for about 10 seconds then do the same with a slightly narrower grip, then repeat until your using a normal deadlift grip, Dr Rick would be able to tell you more about it.
