(so to speak) Tuesday 0630am BW - 94.0kg warm up bar only hang snatch (from hips)x5 hang snatch high pull (bottom of thigh)x5 split jerkx5 spinner - 10 revolutions x2 sets hang snatch (mid thigh) 40kgx3,3,3 50kgx3 60kgx2 hang clean 60kgx2 80kgx1 90kgx2 95kgx2x2 sets Front Squats 60kgx5 100kgx3 120kgx3 130kgx3 UH Chins (BW)x8,8 Back into it, didnt hit anything overly hard today but good to get back to it! Will likely stick to fronties for next two weeks enjoyed them. | ||

Pleased with the push press but didnt want to hammer the volume, this may well be a pb 5 (ssssssh) would like to be knocking out 100kgx5 shortly! Keeping on top of my shoulder health will dictate how quick i progress back to my best.....and beyond! | ||

A few deads as its been a while....nothing major just working on my start position....felt ok. With a bit of consistency i could be somewhere i havent been strength wise in just 2-3 weeks! | ||

Barbell Skull Crushers 40kgx8x3sets Happy with the benching....was on a better bench so in reality hard for me not to go better even so felt good. Push Presses felt spot on this week, 100kg for 5 next week would be sweet! | ||
