Journal has so far been stop start, jarred my neck last week and trap at work and took a while to get it sorted, anyway im back on the horse! (so to speak)

630 is an ungoldy time to do any training, light or otherwise?

How did you hurt you neck? Were you one short of a tackle pad and decided to man up and take some hits? Tongue

mmm you get used to it......think i did in the main missing heavy pushpress week before and further aggravated sleeping funny.....wouldnt dare line up against our boys...respect would be lost quickly from there direction!!!

Steady away.......doubles on 125 were comfy....wanna be back to 140 for doubles inside a month. Pleased with the push press but didnt want to hammer the volume, this may well be a pb 5 (ssssssh) would like to be knocking out 100kgx5 shortly!



Keeping on top of my shoulder health will dictate how quick i progress back to my best.....and beyond!

Close to a pb power clean form the hang.....didnt stay with it, fronties 10kg up from last session and if anything easier which is a good sign. A few deads as its been a while....nothing major just working on my start position....felt ok.


With a bit of consistency i could be somewhere i havent been strength wise in just 2-3 weeks!

approx - 50kgx8-10 reps each arm, finished with x2 reps in a row on both arms....blowing!!!

Barbell Skull Crushers

Happy with the benching....was on a better bench so in reality hard for me not to go better even so felt good. Push Presses felt spot on this week, 100kg for 5 next week would be sweet!
