been at disneyland paris past 4 days so been getting stressed and starved for 4 days in a row
deadlifts noticed after sugdens i have a very narrow stance and rely on a rolling start dont know if this is a bad thing or not so thought i would give a wider stance (stance i would powerclean with) ago without a rolling start
all the following was completed on the worst barbell to ever exist

230x1 compared to normal these were very slow but not much trouble, think i will try increasing this first in a session, then switch to old tech to get some work in

I'll admit to having a few cans mate but I'm f**ked if I can make much sense of that last session. What the f**k is an 'X5' ? BMW pulls ?
You do have a narrow deadlift stance but you pull about 100k more than me so it works !

lol the ghetto tyre is a large 4x4 tyre filled with 100kg of assortted s**te (old plates and concrete) with a chain set in it to drag it with dragged it normally for 30secs took a breather then yanked at the the chain in a rowing motion for 30 secs took another breather then reapeated does that help
if it doesnt just read some H-I-T cardio that left me breathing rather hard
