Cheers Thing. Bit pissed off that I had to goodmorning 170k on the squat. Yoke was good until the cracking incident. I have to admit I'll be a little anxious about max yoke after that.....saying that I dont suppose a 340k yoke will feature in any U90k comps.

I'm not ! I've not done much squatting at all this year. I want 200k+ next year.
