I had a go with the 90kg , sprinted with them motherf**kers ...
both of us will be similar at the tyre / yoke / farmers medley im sure it'll just be down to that particular run on the day mate , some of the events we could call - but that one is a 'to**er coinage' one.
please note : im gonna rip into you and tony real hard and i expect the same in return , but all said and done ,if we both have a great time training and at the comp , ill be happy no matter who wins.

I'm going to have to make some serious progress on my overhead work if I'm going to have a shot at the heavy set in the comp. I'm miles off any of the lifts.

Just hammer the OH and tricep lockout work, and you will be fine mate

Lil Lee , I saw you compete at the Northern U90K , you did really well mate. It was that comp and the likes of yourself that motivated me to give this strongman lark a go.
