Part of the sport mate, happens from time to time.

Slowly recovering. A bit slower than I wanted but I’m getting there. Bench is starting to creep up now there’s more emphasis on it which is the silver lining though. How’s your training going pal?

back caused so much trouble last year that i have started to build my own gym. stretching is now my main thing and i plan to start wu kook sool this year after corona is over...
