It was ok and didn’t feel bad after this so I was happy. Hopefully I can push it again now properly. Gym closes at 8 on Friday which really f**ks me off. I wanted to do a bit more but never mind | ||

Overall I’m pleased with a 277.5kg double given the circumstances. Hopefully with a few days rest I can double 285kg on Wednesday | ||

Adductor pulled on the way up on first rep. Notes My adductor hasn’t felt right since I pulled it about 5 weeks ago. It was the same feeling again today. Like bubble wrap being popped in my leg. I think i’ll be all right in a couple of weeks but it’s another little set back. I’m not going to push squats not until it feels 100%. I was going for 4 reps on 262.5kg and the first one felt easy. I had 4 in there for sure if I didn’t hurt myself. I’m 9 weeks out from comp today. I’m staying positive but it’s rrally annoying me lately that I can’t seem to get through a training cycle without hurting myself | ||
