At this point, Paul, you should throw some sort of fitness industry buzzword at him that everyone but him knows, and he will just be confused. Then, you hope the car journey is coming to an end.

People who can't come up with thier own insults, or when they do, they are wrong anyway then backtrack to change the criteria and moan about something else in a desperate attempt to sound badass for thier 'fans'

Especially when it is blatantly obviuos their work ethic in a gym is 0 and their nutritional knowledge and consumption is also 0.
That quote is usally after they have asked 'so what gear do you take'.
