He is good at knocking out tomato cans. To be fair he looks destrutive doing it and I certainly would not like to be on the receiving end of his power.

Hard to say as just seen highlights and couple fights but 32 knockouts out of 33 and now wbc heavyweight champ, must be heavy handed and obviously very athletic and quick, long reach etc could cause klitschko some big problems.

He is very athletic and there used to be questions about his chin.
He showed in winning the WBC belt by beating Stiverne, he could take a shot.
He definitely could cause Wlad problems. Wlad is starting to slow down and Deontay is a bit bigger than Klitschko. Not often that is the case.

18" axle block pull overhand grip
- to 185kg x 1 with long hold
- 160kg x 15
16" trap bar deadlift 2" thick grip

Two hand pinch romanian deadlifts
- 3 x 15kg x 20 with hold
Every day in work has been a hard day since i have came back with a stupid volume of lifting and carrying so feeling really beat up coming into this. Decided to instead of mixing in good mornings and other things just do a lighter version of the same workout with a bit of extra grip work. I want to cert the #4 gripper and that but also the uk's tends to be very grip intensive so i do need to keep working at it or it wont stay a strength. Next time i'll do the same thing but go heavier on the pulls, probably 220kg and probably do some rep work a little lighter on the frame. I think i have lost some muscle this week because i really should have trained days ago but was too beat up / been burning off s**t loads of calories etc
