Actual work
x5 at 135kg

x3 at 170kg --> was aiming for x5

Leg press
x20 --> too light
x5 --> too heavy
x11 --> just right and did 11 to shut Bim up
x12 --> did 12 to shut Bim up

burning sensation when I stood up in between sets

Hack squat
x5 at 100kg
x10 at 70kg
x10 at 70kg

General feeling:
The leg press felt hard but was awesome to do. Hack squat after felt impossible hence small numbers. Really enjoyable session

General feeling:
Happy with the deadlift as it was first session since that bloody gardening day.

Went into the 175kg with x4 in my head and Big Bully Bim mentioned x5 right before I set up so I went for it. Glad I did but also glad he helped me up.

Dumbell press
x10 at 20kg
x10 at 22kg
x10 at 24kg
x10 at 26kg --> hard set but happy to see those going up

Seated row
x10 at 50kg
x10 at 60kg
x10 at 70kg
x8 at 80kg

General feeling:
Missed 100kg PB and obviously that is depressing. I worked to get my numbers up (5x5 at 80kg) but it did not pay off this time. Gonna have to rep up at 85kg...

It left the chest but got stuck half way up: it just hovered there and would not move. It felt like a fight but noting like a failure, you know the kind of rep where you know from the start it is not gonna get up.

x5 at 150kg --> felt very hard
x5 at 150kg --> better
x5 at 150kg --> not a problem
x5 at 150kg --> last two were slow
x5 at 150kg --> last two were slow

left it there as I started to sweat (Bim will be happy).

Fly machine - various position for chest (bottom - middle - high handle position)
I was more searching for engagement rather than actual weight and boy did I find it: it burnt but in a good way.

General feeling:
Well I have to say the 5x5 felt hard (head started to throb) but I think this is the way forward for me as I am looking to trim down (bloody wedding dress to fit in hey!) so 5x5 will be my cardio.

General feeling:
I was worried because of my left foot (sharp pain on the inside of my heel that I only feel went bending down, very weird) but it felt fine after the warm up and after the x200 I felt very good so decided to go for a PB.
As for the bench I was still gutted of my failed attempt on Tuesday so with the pum from the deadlift I decided to go for it and I got it.
