Twice a day trainings? Machine!

How are the log jerks? Fully locked out or slight press out? The full lock out job looks awesome on a log!

Solid work and good to hear the spine has straightened.

Yeah I am going to train twice on Sundays now. There's just not enough time to fit in everything!

So far the log jerks are straight to lockout, but they're only light. Will have to see how they go when they get heavier, although I would like to keep them this way.

LOL spine is now able to extent enough to allow me to walk upright. It's still a bit tender though.

Suited pull felt terrible, Andy. I need to start lighter and build up to heavy weights slowly. My back was stiff and tired from the weekend's training and the injury last week.
