Or do you train within your limits in this situation? I'm asking because at some point I'd like to do some Olympic lifting at home and I have a bit of an issue with having no where to drop the bar. | ||

No the floor can take it but may as well prolong the life of the bar and bumpers no? It's also to stop a big thud from travelling throughout the house. Especially when kids are asleep. | ||
