Aside from squats what things would one benefit from doing on a daily basis? | ||

If you keep ripping that small intestine too frequently it will develop psychological problems in which it will not work. The second stage of this is looking for misspelled words. hermit Member 3904, 988 posts | You can do pretty much every exercise daily if you dont push it to ugly lifts / failure. If your into olympic lifts then snatches & jerks benefit a lot from daily. Especially in early stages. | ||
