belt (sometimes, also this is carried on the outside of the bag because of capacity limits and so people on the tube know i lift)
deadlift slippers
deadlift socks
bits of plastic to protect my shins while deadlifting
tape
knee sleeves
tiger balm
deep freeze
ibuprofen (sometimes)
milk (sometimes)
other beverages (sometimes)
food (sometimes)
resistance bands
"the stick" (occasionally)
loads of rubbish and random bits of paper
uni work and books (i use the same bag for going to lectures)
a broken and taped together pen (before i lost it)
i used to always have snus for after and sometimes during training but no longer.

Last time I cleared my bag out, I'd accumulated just over a tenner in change. Good way of saving!
