Really happy with that...needed a good Sen to boost confidence after a bad start to the week....wouldn't normally do deads twice a week but I felt good...

Thanks Stuart,bad start to the week,but got it back....

My flight lands at 13.20 bud on the Thursday,Tom lands an hr earlier..

What plans with u bud? Be good to travel up together if u land around same time...Iv got some buds/taxi details from Jyrki

I think I arrive at 2, same as Phil. I've booked us on the bus, but I don't think that's till 4.

Soz bud,Friday I'm arriving..me and Tom.

Iv booked the return bus but we gota find our own way up,but I have travel details.

How ur weight bud? Iv Been sitting 88-89 comfortably but been I'll last 4days(s**t,cold) and gained 3kg???? WTF!!!! It's all water retention so I'll sort it over next few days.....there's saunas at the ventue any way so no panic lol

Nice little sesh this morning,didnt over Do it...with Log,i wanted to Hit 105 And wrked it out wrong.after doing tje reps i realised it was 108...No Dramas,setz were comfy enough.
Trained at a different gym Today,used different kit..good to mix it up a Bit.....guna Do a a light sesh tuesday,some speed wrk And conditioning And Maybe a swim..
Weeing physio on wednesday for some treatment And a rub down then ill be set for next weekend....

2nd day Low carbs And feeling it.BW was 91kg this morning,was 93kg on sunday so im on track Not letting Slip with my eating again.was very comfy at 87-88kg but a few weeks with Bad habbits can f**k it up....put Most of the weight on last week after bring ill....

Event 1 AOA Bus pull/similar size to a stadge Coach.

Event wasnt Test correctly And every One Hit a dip in the ground..no One finishes it.i got 6.54m last place..8.04m won it.

Log 2 110kg for reps

Wanted 6-7 reps but got 5,One disalowed which Should of been givern but thats way it goes..tried to fight out for another but couldnt grind it out...
Joint second with 3 others.6 won it..

Event 3 230kg deadlift for reps

Training went well,doing setz of 3 And reps with 200 etc etc..6 was aim but i got 7 for aPB so was Happy..tried to grind out an 8th rep but coulnt get it past me knee...

Comp is over for me,wasnt Run very well,things should of been tested better And more events,more oppertunity to make final as well.....

I Know bud..it was slighlty tested.he got it moving And decided it was enough!!!! Very loor And so was reffing for Log.my 6rep was same as others who got it,And iv always thought if it touches ur head Its no lift!!!

Never mind,tho it done now...We Had a Pop at mass wrestling,Phil robertson got to final.i lost out to stuart yule.was a some fun And would of been a better Event than the Push AOA

First set back after worlds/hols....

Not the best tbh,back started to hurt after second set of 200kg on deads.tried Stretching,heat cream etc etc but nothing wrked so finish wrking set s then decided to bench(was supposed to do fronties)....pain eased off eventualy so Just plodded on,no real structure..used 75%-80% of my Max And strength was there...will continue the week like this. will hit Squats And log wednesday And some Speed wrk with yoke,Farmers on friday....next week ill be a Little more strucktured And prep for euros..
