I'd say the 90s is pretty close to standard of 105s in Scotland right now... Sorry mate scotstoun is out of action from Saturday for about 5-6 weeks cause of commonwealth games. I'm off to France for 2 weeks with work, then family hols after so I'm not about glasgow till end of July. I'll probably aim to do some strongman at Glasgow strength when I'm back.
