Why would I want to fight you paul.
Grown men who want to hit each other are absolute knobs. I just like mocking you for your failures in strength training.

Your not a grown man, your a 20 year old kid thinking it's cool to mock someone on the internet. That's not cool, it's sad and pathetic. As for my 'failures in strength training' - what failures? In general lifting i have went from not being able to put a bar above my head and maxing at 60kg deadlift to deadlifting over 500lbs for 10 reps, squatting over 400lbs for 20 reps and will soon be push pressing 100kg for 10 reps. In grip have went from struggling to pinch lift two 5kg plates and only being able to close a 100lb trainer gripper to being one of only a couple guys on the planet to one hand plate pinch three 15kg plates and maybe the only man to be closing a 365lb #4 gripper with both hands, along with a 220kg overhand axle deadlift. This isnt failing by any means.

I think the 1:10 world record is possible if i keep at it.

Alrighty, done with this fellow. Not worth anybody's time given the sky-high level of trolling and/or delusion, and I've wasted more than enough already.

Do you say this to all people who think they can break world records? Some do manage it you know

I dont know what comp that is but its on my youtube channel. Actually doing my deads mixed grip now, seems to be improving it at lockout especially.

Meant to say wide plates on this, bunch have done it with thin plates. It is very difficult but always set my goal as three 20kg one handed and want to get this done before i'm dead and gone. My grandad very strong in pinch lifting and this inspired me to get better at it. Used to pinch farmer walk timbers everyday when i did site work.

Here's the video for reference.

Was done too long ago for the comp but very very impressive.

Also, imo, Paul, you should stay at 105. Surely if you're already at 105 you won't need all the walking etc to lose weight. You could just maintain your weight with a reasonable diet.

Hav3 you got massive hands?

Serious question

Let me know when you break 1:20. Then you'll only need to increase your power output by 50% to break the world record.
