Plan is push the bent rows/shrugs for another month or so then start stiff leg deads. I think 250kg x 10 tng is possible after some training but we'll see. Pressing in the morning.

Decline bench press (in smith)- to 140kg plate weight x 10 pb
dips
- bw 3 x 15
dumbbell flys
- 26kg x ??
pec dec
- 45kg x ??
dumbbell pullover
-36kg x ?
shoulder lateral machine
- 93kg rest pauses
incline tricep extension
- 57.5kg plate weight x 8 pb
rotator cuff circuit 60 reps
Bench was in bad position on decline, put it too far back, would have done 15 otherwise. Will do flat as 3rd exercise next time just wanted to try another fly movement.

Any videos of your astronomical bench pressing? Will be more interesting to view than quarter reps on the smith.

Could just be a lazy f**k and do the bare minimum presses but adding 200kg to your bench takes more than that.
