Single arm dumbell press- (each hand) 20k x 5 30k x 5 22.5k x 5 35k x 5 right/ x 3 left.. loal. Felt stiff at this point so missed the 5th set Dips: x 5 x 5 plus 20k x 5 plus 20k x 5 plus 20k x 5 Concept2 rower periodised training: (20 sec on 10 sec off) 8 cycles (3:50 minutes) about 830M | ||
