Thanks Andy, they felt nice and this is a good sign for my farmers walk which used to always be a top 3 placed event for me. All in the achillies tendon balance so will see,,,,

Start of a 6 week peaking program:
Strict shoulder press:
20k x 10
40k x 5
55k x 5
65k x 5
72.5k x 5; that was all I could manage

Log press:
80k x3
82.5k x3
85k x3

Prowler rope pull standing squaire on (harder):
plus 85k x 10m
plus 130k x 10m
plus 175k x 10m
plus 215k x 10m
plus 260k x 10m

Farmers walk ancle tester:
44k each hand x 10m then turn back 10m
84k each hand x 10m then turn back 10m
104k each hand x 10m then turn back 10m
All slow bit done with no grip issues and a bit achy in the tendon.

Single arm dumbell press- (each hand)
20k x 5
30k x 5
22.5k x 5
35k x 5 right/ x 3 left.. loal.
Felt stiff at this point so missed the 5th set

Dips:
x 5
x 5
plus 20k x 5
plus 20k x 5
plus 20k x 5

Concept2 rower periodised training:
(20 sec on 10 sec off) 8 cycles (3:50 minutes) about 830M

Sled pull 270k 10m
x 4 sets, God lord fXXXked after that

Glut, ham raise x 5 x 4 sets

Ab roller from standing 5 reps x 4 sets.

Then physio on knees and achillies temdon and calve: Getting better appartantlyHappy
