Close enough. Core/lower back strength non existent. Shakey and difficult to hold the weight... I wonder if I'm suffering from not doing deadlifts properly ATM. Bench all paused bar x 3 x 3 60 x 2 100 140 157.5kg x 3 - paused triple PB Annnd...no time for deadlift :/ Ah well. Lumbar positioning at the bottom of these squats looks much improved! | ||
