Ooooh I think 250kg is the most I've ever squatted without a spotter or power rack.

Does that count as a PB?

Lol yes.

I am very jealous of some of the large empty spaces you get to train in. Makes a dump and run much safer.

If I dump a barbell where I train, I'd end up snapping some loitering narrowback or two.

220kg x 3 - attempted to pick a daily max triple, but a bit too easy
226kg x 3 - hmmm there or there abouts. Close enough.

Core/lower back strength non existent. Shakey and difficult to hold the weight... I wonder if I'm suffering from not doing deadlifts properly ATM.
