No not normally

I'm odd. I accept it. I'm addicted to veg. If I don't eat some I feel dirty or greasy. But I only get 30 min lunch at best and is hard to chew as massive bowl of salad plus Meat etc. So I blend it and drink it and it stops me feeling like I'm going to die

a good shake I used to have that helped get me fat was
milk
pro shake
oats
frozen berries or tinned berries
peanut butter

lovely

drew said:As in the green ones?

There's a few basic ingredients I've found

avocado - makes it creamy and smooth
lime - lightens it up
mint - a little adds a nice note

cucumber/lettuce/celery and other leaves - dont really add anything taste wise just 'green'ness

apples work well but dont put the core in as it doesnt blend

you only need to put a drop of water in as a lot will come from the cucumber etc

If you dont care about carbs and just want it as a way to get some healthy food isnt you fruit smoothy would be so much more delicious

a banana/ melon/ papaya/ mango/ apples/ pears and use a bit of orange juice.

Ultimately the green shakes taste nothing but green, which I quite like, bjt yohr colleagues will nag you every time and its quicker than chewing a massive bowl of salad

oh and blend it. Let it sit for 5 and blend again. Makes it smoother

Cheers bruddah.

Last week and this week I did 1 standing roll out which is something I've been trying to do for ages

I need to extend a little further at the bottom, my arms are bent but definite progress
