If I don't eat some I feel dirty or greasy. But I only get 30 min lunch at best and is hard to chew as massive bowl of salad plus Meat etc. So I blend it and drink it and it stops me feeling like I'm going to die a good shake I used to have that helped get me fat was milk pro shake oats frozen berries or tinned berries peanut butter lovely | ||
