It fine now im just a bit of a b**ch.when it comes to flipping tyres lol

Yeah. I remember you doing it, just wondered what was torn exactly. I've done mine so Just looking for info on how others have got on. I havent fully detached my tendon though, but It seems some bone has been pulled off with the tendon. Lol
