It seems way way better today, full range of motion, no pain, no bruising etc so hopefully it will just be one week out of training which I can live with. It is even more irritating to watch Mick on his 'I don't feel up for it today' day pressing 200 x 5 raw last rep paused for a 2 count and then the f**ker did 210 for a quick triple! I am going to get massive pec implants so that my bench is only like a board press, all these mega nehcers have ribs the size of a f**king brontosarus and arms like a t-rex | ||

Raw Bench – I had my grip a little closer to reduce pressure 100 x 10 140 x 5 150 x 5 160 x 5 160 x 5 Felt okish, left it at that with the bench Incline Bench 100 x 10 120 x 5 140 x 5 160 x 3 – These hurt Close Grips 100 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 5 | ||

Member 194, 3976 posts | Yeah I know, my shoulder feels alot better from the training now though fortunatly, it was more one of those pains of doing f**k all that it had I think. The inclines hit it more, but it felt goodd after them so I may do these more often and I must start dong mil presses again to strengthen the joint more. The close grips were fine bar an achining in my left bicep on the descent, I will try to work that off tonight after deads. The bnching was fine, I kept it relativly light, I was going to go 170 & 180 after the 160 but my brother convinced me to stick with a weight I could do comfortably. Will do a bit of speed work on sun and maybe a bit of loosening stuff for the cuff (I won't record that for fear of Tich jumping on it lol). Hopefully next wed will be back in my F6 and some heavy board work. | ||

Member 194, 3976 posts | Deadlifts – 22nd Feb After last weeks wank workout only going to 250 for a double due to my gayer than gay shoulder we had to kick it back into gear tonight. Raw Deads 100 x 5 140 x 3 180 x 2 220 x 1 260 x 3 260 x 3 270 x 2 – Piss easy, could easily have tripled this but wanted to keep some gas in the tank for next week, only the first week of the proper triples and this is more of a distance than test my max in the gym seven weeks out for no apparent reason. Barbell Rows 140 x 8 150 x 8 160 x 8 V-Bar Pulldowns Stack –1 x 8 Stack x 8 Stack + 10kg plate x 8 Trap Bar Shrugs 200 x 10 220 x 10 Solid session, back on track now and looking forward to squats on Sunday | ||
