I couldn't say, it would have cut me in half last night, I figure I need to be doing 3-5 on 200 to even have a chance at it.

Jake is doing well now, back to his usually running around hardcore eating machine self (he puts my diet to shame).
Clegg - we are just awesome, I do agree Wink

Tom - you can see my lower body at the comp, but I may shove my foot up your ass if you annoy me.
Squat is being worked on, it is going very well and I am loosening off alot thanks to extensive stretching, and also quite a few Olympic lifts that are now a staple part of my squat and deadlift training - its all in the hips.

Benched again last night. Shoulder/Trap still not right and fatigued faster than I would like, but far more comfortable than last week so hopefully next week will be ok, I have some catching up to do 

Raw Bench

170 x 3 – really f**ked up the line on the 2nd rep from a shoulder twang, still got it up ok though and still paused the last rep.
160 x 4 – Grr, failed 5th stooped f**king shoulder gayness!
140 x 8

Hammer Chest Press Thing – still not right for dumbbell work so did a bit of chest
Think it was 3 plates a side for 3 sets of 8ish

Standing Strict Press
80 x 5 x 2
90 x 3

These were controlled rather than explosive, didn’t want to risk to much force as it were.

Had a totally irritating one last night, my annoying trap still isn’t right (perhaps time to back off a little) and had gay man flu all week. This is quite possibly the worst build up I have had and it is annoying me!

Bench

100 x 5
140 x 2
160 x 1
170 x 3 – felt easier than last week, still twisting though
175 x 1 – failed the second rep, didn’t feel to heavy but with my gay trap could not keep the line right.
160 x 1- failed 2nd rep, was going to go for 5 but again twisting badly
140 x 8 – easy but not comfortable
120 x 8 – just pumping reps out
120 x 8

Strict Military Press
80 x 5
85 x 5 x 2

Some bicep stuff

I may just do shoulder work next week, as OH pressing doesn’t seem to bother it at all, perhaps some push press, mil press and heavy triceps to get some work in.
If it’s not where I want it to be the following week I think I will likely pull out of this comp as a decent lift seems a mile off, at this stage I wanted to be on or around 185 x 5.

And I was 116.6kg this morning, WTF!!!

D-day tonight for me, if I don't get what I want I am out of the GPC comp (but still be there). I hate injuries, and work, and paying for things all gets in the way of lifting, eating and shagging, the cheek!!

i will not be doing the comp unfortunately. there is just no point with my back the way it is. might pop down and watch though!

Made decision to pull out of the comp, the reps hurt, a 1rm would just injure myself
