This is the next novice comp to be held at Unit 20. Brian and I have decided on the following events. Anybody want in please let us know.1 - 90kg log press, floor to overhead each rep 2 - 15" deadlift for reps - 227.5kg - straps allowed 3 - Medley - tbc 4 - Atlas Stones - stone run of 100, 115, 135 and 140 5 - Farmers hold - 135kg per hand Most events will either go head to head or 3 at a time where possible. Loading will run one at a time. Finger could be changed for a medley depending on kit but we'll keep the thread updated re this. Let us know if you want in.
