When me and a friend first started training, I dunno we were maybe 17. We used to 'ironically' encourage bad form. Do you ever find when you ironically do something often enough, it stops being so ironic in the end? Cues like 'come on, bounce if harder off your chest this time' became common place! Eventually we'd follow these cues and start using these bad techniques... You know, ironically at first, but after a while there was no escaping the fact that this was just how we benched now... Lol those were better days!

Not especially as it's not a training related phrase I hate, just think it's a bit of a humorous adjective or noun depending on your experience

A couple of guys smiled when Chesney shouted "grindr!!!" in the gym
