If your program says so many reps at X weight and it's far too easy, you've got to consider changing the weights slightly too suit Good luck fella | ||

Also being 50 yrs old I think I need a few days to recover | ||

Project Rix Member 5192, 261 posts SQ 182.5, BP 120, DL 220522.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | Squat great session on legs felt good and strong barxlots 5x60 3x80 3x95 3x117.5 3x1353 3x152+4 got a bollocking off shezz could have done at least another one if not two paused squat 2x130 2x140 2x150 paused right down had to grind the last 150 out Bench Press barxlots 5x30 5x40 3x60 2x70 2x80 2x90 3x100 a new pb for reps at this weight 1x107.5 PB well pleased with this as i only went in to do squats so plesantley surprised my bench technique is improving all the time. | ||
