Thanks lads Yes mate hoping for big things I seem to have moved up a level. Interesting how candito has set the program up 6x155 calculated max is 186kg
And I did it 3 times!!.

To the allrounders myself Sheridan wray alan twigg tony rose on platform tonight. Decided to have a break from program and do some singles upto a max effort.

Deadlift warm up then

180x1
190x1
200x1
210x1
220x1
227.5 fail
222.5 fail

Equal pb 220 this time fast and strong looking back on video. Felt really good after my previous effort when I did a double movement.
I am going to adjust my weight selection next time 205,215,222.5 or 227.5. See if I can get a little bit more looks like 200 opener 210 second then jeronimo lol lol for last in next compRoll-Eyes

To the all rounders tonight 6pm myself Sheridan wray Andy Richardson on the platform tonight. Shez worked well 210x1 182.5 x3x5 last set shezz blasted 8 reps out top work. Andy 5x2@150 again top work from Andy great vib tonight everyone working to the max

Warm up then

Got carried along by the vib on our platform and went for a PB put the comp 1/2kgx2 weights on to add one kilo on the bar everyone came over to spot and cheer me on smashed it depth form all good surprised how well the rep went the work I've put in seems to be paying off surprised myself to be honest next time 190kg Grin

No numbers worth posting
That's it for a while I am doing the coast to coast walk starting Thursday so no training for 10 days just walking lol lol

Never mind Andy, you cant hit PBs every session. Enjoy the coast to coast I'd love to do it. Did Offa's Dyke in 2004 when I was training for a marathon and was super fit and light and it was still tough. Take care of your feet!
