Back after my coast to coast adventure 200 miles in 10 days that's the cardio done for the year lol
Monday night light bench session a few triples at 90 a few singles at 100 nothing to strenuous
No squating or deadlifting this week letting my legs fully recover I've come back with a slight knee niggle
Back to full training next week

Weight 100 lost 4.5kg during walk

Good on ya Andy for completing it. You sound knackered, but losing 10lb that's impressive, a pound a day. Wise not to squat or deadlift this week. You want to get some meet back on your legs back and backside before doing anything too exhausting.

Nice session back mate, now you you are all fit and skinnified after your walking. Good decision to go for the 93s I think. It will take some work to maintain strength whilst losing a bit of weight. How tall are you BTW?

Nice return, even without the knee injury I think a slow return is probably best after your period away. I usually charge back in train hard, get disappointed because my lifts are down, and still have the DOMS of death the next dayGrin
