Sunday 19/04/15 9am to the fitness village this morning myself and Sheridan wray in the squat rack.
Shezz steady shift after some heavy deadlifts on Friday 142.5x2x6 sets.

Well we're to start that was one of the hardest gym sessions I've ever done the 10 rep set was good no real problems I think that is a rep pb as I can't ever remember doing that weight for so many reps. set 5 of 10 ok shear will power after that set 9 and 10 I was just out on my feet. it was the breathing that was getting me resetting for each rep big breath push into belt hold down up then again 10x3 times. I couldn't talk for 5 mins after laid in a corner knackered. No deadlift assistance today did a few rows after but I had no energy left glad that part of program is over .Cool

thanks guys just added the load up 5750kgs!!! 10x147.5 gives a predicted max of 196kg Mmmm interesting

No reason why you shouldn't get 195-200 from this 6 weeks.

Got a bit of a problem Bill I'm doing the coast2coast walk on the 7th of May so no training for10 days just walking lol lol so things will be put back a bit Roll-Eyes

Very true, for me any form of endurance activity plays havoc with my squatting

Well pleased with tonight's session. My first set was a bit wobbly. But after that got into the groove.
Deadlifts all good I've started resetting on each rep which makes it harder
