Today I started lifting a barbell again so will start documenting my return to lifting.

Currently 8 weeks post surgery, full ROM has returned and pain free. Some firing issues but they are improving.

Monday 03/06/2013

Squat
15kg 3x10

Bench press
15kg 3x10

Deadlift
15kg 3x10

Standing press
15kg 3x10

Barbell row
15kg 3x10

Crunches 3x10
Dorsal raises 3x10

Crosstrainer
3miles in 18:51
Ave 152bpm

Today is a good day.

Nice journal title and good to be lifting with a barbell again.
