Please identify every little thing that is wrong about this squat. I'm trying to really improve my technique and am having some squat troubles. Thanks and trolling posts are welcome too.

My asshole felt RAW today because I had some really bad s**ts. Does it count as partially raw?

Do you have a hairless body or do you meticulously shave your legs?

Its hard to say from this angle but it looks like you are initiating the squat with a bend in the knees and hips (your knees are too far forward) when you should bend at the hips first (force them back) then sit down between your legs.

But hey what do i know i don't lift equipped. (not a dig at you I genuinely don't know if technique is different eq or uneq)

This 9/10 is a very poor que for lifters. Probably even wores for an unequipped squatter. Don't worry about the knees moving foreward. Worry about other stuff (eg hips and back) and the knee movement will do whats right for the lifter.

Looks good tech

The hair, the glasses..... the silky smoothness of your legs.....

The squat looks good but I'm about as far from an expert as they come....

One bit of advice from me would be to go a bit deeper though

Not technique related, but you seem to bend your knees quite alot as you get under the bar before unracking it. How tight do you wrap your knees?

-pause at 0:30 you can see that your shins are not perpendicular to the floor and you are doing most of the work with your quads.
-You dont seems to be arching your back at all, which makes the bar pull you forward making happen the point above.
-You start the way down with a knee bend first. You should bend your hips first and knees after.

How much weight was that? %70 is not the same as %90.

Peace!

I was being serious Wayne... I'm not qualified to comment on PL stuff really but my theory is that if you extra deep in training... when the weights get heavier and the pressure is on, you will always make depth in comp
