I’m still struggling mate. I’ve got a weird feeling in my hamstring which I’ve had for the last few weeks which feels like mini cramp. I’ve recently started to do more mobility again to try and get rid of it.

Weight wise the 230’s felt comfortable though which is good. Cheers

Left it there. Could feel hamstring on almost every rep. A weird sort of feel, like it was trying to cramp. It’s been there for a while now.
