Hope you recover quickly mate. I know exactly how hard it is to 'take it easy' when injured, my mate was deadlifting tonight and I nearly joined in, but then decided against it, probably for the best considering I tore my quad 6 days agoTongue

I can't wait to see what f**king crazy numbers you hit when you're functioning at 100%!

Side still hurting tonight. Had to wear my belt very tight for everything again, except leg press and calf raises. Two weeks ago today I did it so I'm hoping this time next week it will be close to being sorted.

Squats (For Speed):
1 x 8 @ 60kg
1 x 8 @ 100kg
1 x 5 @ 120kg
1 x 3 @ 140kg
5 x 3 @ 170kg

Deadlifts
Kept these light to save my side
1 x 5 @ 60kg D/O
1 x 5 @ 100kg D/O
5 x 8 @ 120kg - These started to pull at my side. Alot less painful than last week. But could still feel it.

Leg Press:
1 x 12 @ 250kg
1 x 12 @ 300kg
1 x 12 @ 330kg - P.B.

Standing Calf Raises:
3 x 20 @ 255kg

Hope Fridays events is a good one. Fingers crossed.

Side getting better. But still causing a few problems. Have to wear my belt for everything, including wanking and s**tting Grin

Skipping:

3 x 30secs skip with 1 minute rest

Tyre Flip:
1 x 3 @ 300kg
2 x 3 @ 310kg
5 x 3 @ 335kg

Log Clean and Press:
1 x 3 @ 100kg - 1 motioned
1 x 3 @ 110kg - 1 motioned
1 x 3 @ 120kg - Strict Pressed
2 x 3 @ 125kg - Push Press
3 x 3 @ 130kg - Push Press

Didn't go any heavier as my side was hurting me on the clean.

Farmers

120kg for 20 metres then 30 secs rest x 5 runs
Fastest run was approximately 9 seconds/slowest was approximately 11 seconds

Sack Loading:

3 x 100kg sandbags for 10 metres to 58" x 8 runs

Felt good tonight and I can feel my side getting better.

Cheers mate. All of this is being done when I'm only at about 80%, so roll on this tear healing and I'll be away. Determined to do something this year.

Skull Crushers:
1 x 12 @ 30kg

Jogger:
3 minute warm up
then
8 x 30 secs sprint/30 secs jog
then
3 minute cool down

Side is feeling alot better. Should be fully fit by next week I reckon.
