Seems to me that the other athletes of that era and the sport as a whole has been tarnished by the issue. Regarding retrospective testing and punishment, I think it's a positive thing. Maybe those who are able to work the system now will think twice if they think there's the chance they might get the same treatment as Armstrong further down line. | ||
