I think it is a good addition for variation and forces development of explosive power. Was it not also recently in a comp in Scotland? Or at least talked about being in one? | ||

I would argue that depending on the person it could be, but it depends on what other exercises you are comparing it to. Personally I quite like them, and find it much easier to be explosive BTN, and think doing them probably helps because of that. | ||

Thanks mate, I can't imagine moving the same/more weight as I do from the front from behind the neck comfortably though. Probably a technique & flexability thing I guess | ||
