How big are my elbows??? I have abso-f**king-lutely no idea!?! I'm guessing that the size L will cope adequately with my stick like arms though.

I got large they aren't super tight but offer good support

Cheers General. I just ordered the L and some matching wrist wraps. I'm thinking I'll still cut quite a dash so long as I invest in black jogging bottoms and stick to black t-shirts, or maybe even get a couple of Thor ones from the Marvel website.
Glad I didn't get the blue Oly shoes though, as they'd clash terribly.
Mr Wayne's going to be awfully disappointed in me.

Been lurking Trav, not had much time to comment but some really good work going on in here!

Yes wings would look awesome at the Dragons comp and you could dye the middle bit of the Tash yellow

Mmmmm , the elbow sleeves are sized in a wierd way (to make the purchaser feel hunky i think) the ones i have are XXXL !!my guns are not 3 X's bigger than yours ...anyhoo , they will be snug and snug = bigger pressing !!

Super idea! That wouldn't draw any attention to my s**t lifting.
I'm in that hotel again. I've mentioned that I don't eat meat already and it seemed to be such a major problem and unusual request that I won't be eating tonight. Luckily I brought something with me.
Anyway, I went to the gay hotel gym. The dumbbells go up to a whopping 10kg!!! There are some even gayer machines too, so I did...
Pushdowns
Leg extensions
Leg curls
pull downs
Step ups to a bench with the mighty dumbbells
And some gay weight hammer curls.
+ 10 minutes of military snare drum practice. All paradiddles and flam variations with 7An sticks on limpet pad.
If it wasn't for my butch moustache I could be mistaken for a right hommer.
Brought a large bottle of Whisky with me this time, so I may even pissed post more than often for the next few nights.

Hotel's gay incline bench machine, worked up to full stack in 5's, then 3 sets of 3.
Walked round the NEC talking about exterior lighting x1
