Session 2 Flag hoist practice 70kg and 80kg fingals finger loads of sets and reps, figured out the technique pretty well Stones 135 to 48 inches 150 to 48 170 to 54 170 to 60 (PB height) 135 to 60, 160 to 54, 170 to 48 run Done. Back feels really good now! | ||
