Training going well mate.

I'm hovering around 97-98 at the minute. Where do you think you are total wise now for the Classic?

Thanks mate.

I've got a rough goal of 230/120/250 to get 600 under my belt.

I'm 96-97 most days, so if I can drop a bit more then the water cut should be a doddle. Food quality and sodium intact has been a bit suspect for past couple weeks so I'm holding a lot of water at the minute, gut looks like a waterbed!

This time with it being a 2-dayer we'll be up on the Saturday for most of the day so I should be able to monitor my weight on the comp scales day before weigh in, which is good. I've also booked that week off work, that'll make comp week nutrition a lot easier. Feel good for 3 PB's if all goes to plan.

Sounds good! My strength is still well off and I need to cut down as well so I'm not sure whether I'm going to lift yet..! Added in I'm away in France for a week 13-20th June so not ideal.

Yeah I'm in Disneyland Paris 6th-12th, bit better as it's further out. Decided to not really peak, just going to train through, hit what I hit and keep plugging forward towards Brit's.

Better bench and well rested and I might have got 107.5kg for more sets but I just wasn't moving well enough today, shoulder was all over the place.

After this s**t show we had an 'Uncle' curl off, Big Jordan vs Top Juicer Dan, and me vs beardy John. Dan and I won, should've gone head to head to find overall winner.

Then we wrestled on the mats for a bit, and had a posedown. The downlighting at Fight Science is great.

Hungover? At 9.30 a round I don't think so! My back was in bits and my legs were knackered from standing most of the day, so that actually puts it into perspective now - I was disappointed on the day.
