To address this I'm going to train mostly single leg work (because I'll not the sitting into one hip more than the other), and front squats (because the bar stays parallel to the floor when I front rack, it's wonky on a back squat) and see what happens to my hip. Given after a few days rest it stops hurting (such as when I went to blackpool for weekend then was able to do 180x5 the day after) I think there's the possibility of getting it better just by avoiding what caused it. Bulgarian Split Squat bodyweight x10 20kg 2x5 30kg x5 40kg 2x5 50kg 2x5 60kg 2x5 Lost balance a few times. Going to do these in flats for 5's on a Tues and in squat shoes for 10's on a Thurs. Flats on tues is so I can sumo in my Power Lites. Sumo Deadlift 100kg 2x3 140kg x2 165kg 5x1, 5x1, 5x1 Sharing the platform with Bedford and Ben so ended up doing cluster sets of singles instead rest timed singles. Bench Press 20kg x10 40kg x8 60kg x8 80kg 4x8 Ran out of time so missed my last set, had 5 sets programmed. Felt easy though. | ||

Came off my chest fast, I reckon it would've gone so I think I'll have a go again in a fortnight, next week I'll do a few sets with 130 which wasn't too hard, had the s**ttest handoff ever for it though. Pullups 5x3 Stronger but fatter. Hammer Lat Pulldown 50kg 5x10 Nice and pumpy. | ||

After this I did leg extensions, BFR single leg extensions, leg curls, EZ bar curls, EZ bar lying tricep extensions, EZ bar reverse curls and BFR seated curls. | ||
