Bench, Hypertrophy 20kg x10 40kg x8 60kg x5 70kg 5x10 INOL: 1.07 Snappy, pumped. Then did iso one arm pull down row things, chest supported rows, meadows rows and cable rows, all rather half arsedly. I like the iso machine I might do more in the future, it's a bit like doing a one arm pull up in the way lat pulldowns are a bit like doing pull ups. | ||

Went fast and I held onto it fine, which is good on these s**t bars. No music/nose tork either. Slingshot Bench Press, Power 20kg x10 40kg x8 60kg x5 80kg x3 100kg x3 120kg 5x3 INOL: 1.7 Fast triple pain free on 100kg. Slingshot may come away soon, possibly on power day. Then did some occluded curls. Big pump. | ||

Wanted sets at 200kg but had to deload a bit. Bench Press, Strength 20kg x10 40kg x8 60kg x5 80kg x3 100kg 4x4, 1x6 (PB) INOL: 1.32 Raw. Felt great, no pain, and went for a PB on the last set as previous PB at 100kg was 5 reps. Keeping slingshot on for power day, will progress slowly on the raw front. Then did lying tri extensions superset with reverse curls, occluded concentration curls and occluded band tricep pulldowns. Mega pump. | ||

Tricep death on the last rep again. Pretty happy with how these are staying pain free and seem balanced on ascent, both hands at same pace. Then I did iso one hand pull downs, occluded concentration curls and band tri pulldowns. Since my last mega arm pump a few months ago it would appear that at full megazord pump mode I have gained half an inch. | ||
