Relatively pain free. Video'd my sets, from the side view they're perfect, front I'm letting my left knee travel further forward than my right. After some discussion with Screamer he told me to watch it and look at my feet - my left foot is turned out more than my right, and my arse cheeks are level, so that's likely the cause. Hip pain may be related.

Really happy with this. Pretty fast but a very difficult lockout. Some form work should help with this.

Had 3 attempts at 251 seeing as Eastwood did 250kg last night. Very nearly got it, missed it just below lockout as my grip started to slip and I just couldn't get my hips through...maybe on an Eleiko. Missed at an inch lower the 2nd and then just above knee on 3rd. Promising though, as it's 6kg above my max.

Coming along nicely. So long as I get my feet organised properly, externally rotate the hips properly, and keep my pelvis and ribcage aligned properly it's pain free. Unfortunately that's a lot of stuff to cue to only 60% of reps are fully pain free at the mo.
