Video'd my sets, from the side view they're perfect, front I'm letting my left knee travel further forward than my right. After some discussion with Screamer he told me to watch it and look at my feet - my left foot is turned out more than my right, and my arse cheeks are level, so that's likely the cause. Pretty fast but a very difficult lockout. Some form work should help with this. I don't think 130kg was there today and I tweaked my pec a tiny bit on the deadlift so I left it at my PB. Very nearly got it, missed it just below lockout as my grip started to slip and I just couldn't get my hips through...maybe on an Eleiko. Missed at an inch lower the 2nd and then just above knee on 3rd. Promising though, as it's 6kg above my max. OHP 20kg x10 40kg x5 50kg x3 60kg 4x5 Done. Went home and got roped into doing some Wii Zumba with Jo. Then finally got round to doing one of the yoga flows Kit sent me ages ago - will probably try and get some done regular. | ||

So long as I get my feet organised properly, externally rotate the hips properly, and keep my pelvis and ribcage aligned properly it's pain free. Unfortunately that's a lot of stuff to cue to only 60% of reps are fully pain free at the mo. Pin Press 20kg x10 40kg x8 60kg x5 80kg x3 100kg x3 110kg 2x3 (Death by) Deadlift 60kg x1 60kg x2 60kg x3 60kg x4 60kg x5 60kg x5 60kg x6 60kg x7 60kg x8 60kg x9 60kg x10 60kg x11 60kg x12 60kg x13 60kg x14 60kg x7 (gave up here because of mega pump in my right erector.) Not bad for a first attempt, ideally I should probably do this when I'm not in a rush for the bus AND not stiff leg half the reps so I don't get a back pump. Bit worrying it was lopsided. | ||
