very happy with it looking back, i think its maybe 250ish range max 1 rep, im not too sure, what do you recon 220x4 should get you

Difficult to say. I'm not a fan of using rep PBs to predict 1 rep maxes. If you can walk and set 250 up nicely, I reckon you can squat it.

Looked good for at least a couple more.

I wouldn't try predicting your max based on your rep work. Most calculators seem to think I should be capable of about 130 on the bench, simply not true!

really really good squatting your technique is mint aswell to say that was 220kg on your back you didnt make it look like that

even crazier your only 18 and throwing that wieght round with good technique you will be on for some massive numbers in a few years
