Saturday 7.30 m deadlifts with the gigantosaurus , he's my new 6'5" training partner who wants me to coach him , we have a deal which involves me coaching him on squats bench and deadlifts and him beating me up on a wednesday in sparring . He wants to do a powerlifting competition so i might do one myself . deadlifts 172.5kg 3sets 5 reps , I hate deadlifting in the morning , the gigantosaurus did 5x5 with 100kg and made it look like an empty bar. 1 hours old man boxing training ! quite enjoying the coaching its revitalised my iterest in lifting weights . | |||

I deadlifted with a bloke from the boxing gym yesterday as he wants to put on some muscle and i'm sort of coaching him , i had the best session i've had in ages as he's quite competative. have you got any more crazy endurance events planned ? | |||
