^ finished in 1:13, fumbled the pick up on the natural stone and cost myself a lot of time. If not for that could have gone sub 1 minute. This was brutal

Add red bands (approx 40-50kg at the top) and leg drive

Add double ply elbow sleeves (don't normally wear these in training but wanted to get used to them for the comp)
