Axle clean & press (trying out continentals for the first time)

60kg x 5 (first 2 were power cleaned)

90kg x 2 sets on axle just to warmup

Felt okay, the last set used literally every weight I had. Mixed grip on axle didn't feel too bad, I might have a shot at completing this next week

Back was really tight / slightly painful going in to today. Was a little bit worried, had to be cautious dont want to injure it again this close to a comp

Loaded the bar up with 100kg after this, decided against attempting it in the end. Probably the right choice, would have been an immense grinder and potentially mess up the rest of the session / week.
