Heard that low iron levels can also cause this and it can also be hereditary, my gf has had to go on iron tablets but again thats down to the pregnancy, try and distract yourself iv had to sit and play mario kart with my gf for an hour or two just so it would distract her from RLS granted its not what you want to do at this time of the morning but maybe something early evening just till you get tired and fall asleep quite quickly.

My girlfriend suffers from this but hers is caused through pregnancy, she has had to cut down on sugar things like fizzy drinks etc and caffeine especially also try a warm bath and gentle stretching.

This was the session i wasnt looking forward to as my overhead has suffered the most during my time off. Hopefully wont take to long before its back on track got another overhead session on Friday.

Tri's were well and truly done at this point but overall was really happy especially with the bench the last 1 or 2 reps were grinders part of which was my own fault for not getting my position right at the start.

Was good to be back in the gym think i got a bit carried away on the deadlift though as i felt a little twinge in my lower back on the last set but should be ok a nice rest tonight and back to chest tomorrow which i aint looking forward to as it feels like my pressing has suffered from the time off.

I snore especially when i lay on my back, i find that putting weight on causes it for me. You could try nasal strips my girlfriend says they make a difference.

Yeah its done my squatting some good but not my shoulder press thats dropped a little
