A huge amount of weight that I couldn't dream of shifting in any shape or form but that lift was pish. Much more impressive to see a clean raw lifter perform a good rep with half that weight IMHO | |||

10/04/13 Commercial Gym, Piracicaba Brazil Push Press (from rack) 1 x 3 @ 100kg 5 x 3 @ 120kg Second from last set i got a big into trouble from one of the gym trainers for hogging the squat rack, despite the language barrier i think he got the jist of my feelings in the matter. got invited to the manageress office at the end, dont know what she wanted but was very friendly & smokin hot. Rev Grip Bench Press 3 x 5 @ 120kg 20¨ Partial Deadlift on Smith Machine 1 x 10 @ 60kg 1 x 10 @ 100kg 1 x 10 @ 140kg 1 x 10 @ 180kg 1 x 8 @ 220kg All done on the bounce in quick time but really struggling to get traction on the silky smooth bar Finished of with high rep pulldown stuff |
