Thats a pretty impressive setup you've got going on

Will be coming into port for sure especially as there is a massive backlog of choppers with the fog

Looking forward to a session there if time permits hopefully

Cheers

18/07/13 Seawell (well intervention boat)

Currently operational in the North Sea west of Shetland, just to make things interesting

16" Deadlift in the Smith Machine
3 x 6 @ 60kg
2 x 3 @ 100kg
2 x 3 @ 140kg
2 x 3 @ 180kg
2 x 3 @ 210kg dont bother taking belts or straps offshore so all raw

Weights feel heaver than stated due to the resistance of the Smith Machine

A sort of 1 handed strict press on the cable crossover machine to mimic a DB Press
Sets of 6 reps on each hand working from 3 up to 11 plates
The cable rubbing against my arms was pretty annoying

Tried various seated & lying presses on the Smith Machine but my elbows & shoulders didn't like it one little bit so f**ked off for a munch in disgust

Well I'd agree he's one of the smaller top level strongmen but do you really think his 'outburst' was fuelled by feelings of inadequacy regarding his comparative lack of size? I'm pretty sure he has spent a lof of time being pissed off about being injured and unable to train properly. I can personally fully understand his mind set having being recently frustrated by injury.

Without a doubt Happy

Eh? A) he's above average height and a f**king unit. B) he's coming back from serious injury, has been out for ages and just pulled a massive deadlift.I think he's entitled to be a bit hyped up.

He's still wee in the Strongman world
